Sharing your heart sounds is incredibly easy with these 3 simple steps:

 <li>Step 1: Listen to your heart In a quiet environment, remove any iPhone cover/shell and place the bottom of the iPhone on your left chest or left shoulder bone. Press the "Listen" button and carefully adjust the position until you hear the sound of your heartbeat.</li>
 
 <li>Step 2: Record Once you have successfully detected the sound of your heart, simply press the "Record" button to capture the moment.</li>
 
 <li>Step 3: Share When you have finished recording, press the "Stop" button. Now you can save, personalize, and effortlessly share the heart sound recording with your loved ones.</li>

 <li>I can't hear my heart. What should I do? If you are unable to hear your heart sound, ensure that you have removed any iPhone cover/shell and find a quiet place. Hold the phone at a right angle to your left chest or left shoulder bone with the microphone firmly pressed against the skin. Press "Listen" and adjust the position until the heart sound becomes audible. You may also consider using AirPods for enhanced sound quality.</li>
